Shelly Thoughts is a consulting and coaching studio where corporate experience meets real life leadership and career challenges. For more than thirteen years we led complex operations supply chain and procurement work with global companies like GE Baker Hughes and Air Liquide. I managed large projects tough targets and demanding clients so I understand how business really runs on the inside.

Today I bring that experience to founders business leaders and professionals who want clear thinking and honest partnership. On the consulting side I help organisations fix operations and procurement problems that hurt profit and peace of mind. On the coaching side I work with mid and senior professionals on leadership confidence career moves and first time manager journeys.
