THE LOOK WITHIN METHOD
One behaviour at a time, practised daily, rated by the people who work with you.
Know your style. The source, named by text and verse. What the research says, with its limits. Practise, then measure: you and three colleagues rate the behaviour from 1 to 5 at the start, the middle and the end.
WHY THIS WORK EXISTS
The higher you go, the fewer people tell you the truth. Most senior leaders were promoted for being excellent at the work. Then the work changes into judgement, tone, timing and trust, and nobody hands you a manual for that part. This work does one thing: it helps you look within, see yourself honestly, and build the qualities you want to lead with, one at a time.

Look Within Conversation
A free 30-minute conversation, online, to see whether this is the right work for you and which format suits you. Tell me where you are, what is getting harder, and what kind of leader you want to be a year from now. If it is not the right work, I will say so.

Look Within Session
One focused one-hour one-to-one, online anywhere or in person in Delhi NCR, with a short questionnaire beforehand and a written note afterwards. We name the three situations that cost you most and rehearse one live. Rs 40,000 plus 18% GST. The full fee is credited if you begin an 8-week or 12-week Look Within programme within 30 days.

Look Within one-to-one programme
A weekly one-to-one programme, online anywhere or in person in Delhi NCR. Choose eight weeks (eight one-hour sessions, Rs 1,75,000 plus 18% GST) or twelve weeks (twelve one-hour sessions, Rs 2,50,000 plus 18% GST). We agree two or three behaviour goals in your own words and one keystone habit, anchored in a passage from the Bhagavad-gita or the Yoga Sutras and one named research finding. You and three colleagues you choose rate the change at the start, the middle and the end.
04.Look Within Evenings
A 90-minute live online evening, once a month, working through one leadership situation, such as the meeting that turns or the feedback you keep postponing. A reflection from the Gita or the Yoga Sutras, what the research says, and a written exercise on a real moment from your week. Nothing you share in the room is recorded. Rs 1,999 per seat plus 18% GST. Dates are announced in The Look Within Letter.

Look Within Talk
45 to 60 minutes including questions, in person or virtual, for offsites, women's networks, industry and alumni associations, and International Women's Day. One leadership story, one verse and one study with its limits, plus one short reflection exercise the whole room does together. Every attendee leaves with a one-page handout of the sources. Fees on request, quoted plus 18% GST.

The easiest way to start is a pilot half day for your senior team, offered to the first three organisations.
